Mindful Gratitude
Strengthening Relationships That Drive Results
As the year winds down and we take stock of what - and who - made it possible, there’s no better time to pause for gratitude. Recognition isn’t just a feel-good gesture. It’s a leadership tool that fuels stronger partnerships, better performance, and lasting results.
In event life, we move fast. Deadlines stack up. Fires need putting out. And often, the people who make it all possible - vendors, partners, crew, and internal teams - get overlooked.
This month, join Lisa Gregory (Gregory Event Services) and Jolene Thomas (Mean Bean Marketing) for a high-impact, 30-minute conversation on how to turn appreciation into a leadership advantage that delivers measurable ROI.
“Appreciation and gratitude are at the heart of what we do. They’re the energy that fuels great partnerships.”  - Jolene Thomas, Mean Bean Marketing
You'll Walk Away Knowing How To:

Over the years, Jolene found her stride in the world of promotional products and brand storytelling, an industry that perfectly blends creativity, strategy, and connection. She now partners with international brands and local businesses alike, helping each one stand out through meaningful, results-driven marketing.
What began as an experimental side project in 2016, MEAN BEAN MARKETING, has since evolved into a thriving business. Today, MEAN BEAN MARKETING blends Jolene’s passion for creativity and strategy, offering promotional product distribution and marketing consulting designed to help brands make lasting impressions and build authentic connections
Outside of work, Jolene brings that same creative spark into her everyday life. She rides a sparkly purple Harley-Davidson Sportster, tends her garden, and believes there’s a little bit of magic in everything. She loves to cook, nurture what grows, and do her part to make the world a better, brighter place, often with her two cats, Cookie and Ursula, and her sleepy narcoleptic dog, Chevy, close by her side.
